This black liner is a traditional art-form used by the Ancient beauties of AFRICA also referred as ÚRÌ ANYA, TIRO, OTANGELE, KWALI, and many more is obtained from a black shiny stone called kajal, harvested from northern part of Nigeria , this special shiny stone is processed into a dark dye that was traditionally used to draw lines to pop out their beautiful eyes using linear forms and geometric shapes, though some are representational elements. it can be said to be the most popular ÉTEMÉTE (make up) found then.
